We are the specialized company, mainly engaging in manufacturing the washing machines. The advanced washing machines should adopt advanced technology including water cycle and sewage treatment; otherwise, the advanced washing machines are incomplete. All the washing machine technology, water cycle and sewage treatment technology of our company adopt Spanish advanced technology. The water cycle and sewage treatment technology of washing machines ensures the full recovery of waste water, after sedimentation, oil removal, biochemical and filtration treatment, the reclaimed water has been in accordance with the vehicle washing reclaimed water standard: TB/T 3007-2000 of Ministry of Railways. The small amount of overflow during the washing is also treated and in line with the standard.
Vehicle washing waste water has been always the source of severe pollution, which is harmful to human and environment. For a long time, this problem has not been solved effectively. Nowadays, our company adopts Spanish advanced water cycle and sewage treatment technology, no more water treatment equipment is needed to add, then the vehicle washing waste water can be up to standard and be recycled effectively, in addition, the recovery rate can reach 80%, and thus saves water resource. needed which is harmful to human and environment, especially when the vehicle washing is done by hand,the direction contact is even more serious. When the vehicle washing is done automatically, the adding and measurement of detergent are all done in an airtight system automatically; the detergent doesn’t contact human and environment directly, so as to eliminate the harm to human and environment.
Based on the traditional technology, sewage treatment technology adds biochemical treatment and two-step mechanical filtration after sedimentation and oil removal, and thus the impurity, suspended solid, organic substance and bad smell in the water are removed effectively. This technology is characterized by less equipment, short flow, low occupation of land and small investment, is the most advanced technology in waste water treatment of washing machine nowadays, and so attaches significant implication to environmental protection.
